  • Can I decline membership in the Homeowners Association(s)?
    No, membership in the associations is not optional.  Membership comes with the purchase of the property.
  • Are there Rules and Regulations?
    Each owner within The Park at River’s Edge is a member of the Association, which is governed by Restrictive Covenants.  Your attorney should have provided you a copy of the by-laws and covenants & restrictions at closing as they are a part of your deed.  Contact you attorney if you did not receive these documents.  You can also access and print these documents from the website. Also If you need any of the other HOA's documents they are listed under their page on this website.
  • Do I have monthly dues?
    Yes, Park Recreational Development (Park Rec), The Park at River’s Edge HPR (Traces & Reflections), Lakeshire, Wildwood, and Hidden River each has their own homeowners association.  All residents of The Park at River’s Edge belong to the Park Rec HOA and pay association dues.  Some residents belong to additional associations and have additional dues. 
  • How do I operate the gate?
    You should have been given a proximity card to enter from your vehicle.  Place the proximity card in front of the card reader.  You will hear a tone and the gate will open.

  • How do my guests get in?
    They can scroll to find your name.  Key in the 3 digit number next to your name and the system will call the telephone number you have provided to the management company.  Once your party identifies themself, you may press (9) then (#) on your telephone keypad, hang up, and the gate will open for your guest.  To decline, simply hang up.
  • Can I get a remote?
    Remotes are available for purchase from the management company for $40.

  • How do I access the clubhouse?
    Your pool key will also access the restrooms at the clubhouse.  For information on renting the clubhouse for personal use, contact the management office.

  • Why doesn’t my pool key work?
    Your dues must be current in order to use the amenities and the keys are changed periodically.  Contact the management office if you want to make payment in full, or if you are current but have a problem with your key. 
     
  • Is pest control included?
    No, unless you live in a condo at Traces & Reflections.  Pest control is included in the monthly regime fee there.   Contact Al’s Pest Control @ 709-9004 to make arrangements for pest control to gain access to your unit.  
  • How do I get a mailbox key?
    Contact the Cross County Road Post Office @ 760-5331.
  • Can I have pets?
    Yes, you may have up to two (2) pets per household. All pets must be on a leash when outside and you must scoop the poop. Pets must not be a nuisance to your neighbors (uncontrolled barking), or cause damage to the common areas.
